FREIGHT CHARGES within  Australia

Using SURFCARGO services.

Between, Noosa – Brisbane – Byron – Sydney

There are two surfboard cargo freight companies operate between Sydney and Noosa.

However they only go to coastal area – they do not go into city of Sydney.

If you use them, they take surfboard without cover and container (if you wish you can put the board in your own cover).  These guys use their own stretch cover to protect the board and there is no packing fee.   However they only go coastal area only.  

In summer they go up and down the coast every week but in winter they do so every other week.

If you are interested in using them please check with them about freight cost and how to receive the board from them.

Sending one surfboard from Byron Bay to Sydney cost around $66.

From Byron Bay to Noosa cost around $ 44.

Surfboard Freight charge within Australia by Star Truck

These freight charge prices  are only indication. Freight charge might change due to extra fuel surcharge changes by Freight Company without any further notice. Please check with us again when you order surfboards. Please let us know the name of the town and post code.

The Freight company will not take surfboard unless surfboards are well packed in card board box (Used only surfboard cover is not acceptable by the freight company). The freihgt company will require someone to sign and receive the goods. If no one there to receive the goods and when the freight compnay needs to re-deliver the goods to you again, re-delivering fee will be charged. So that you need to nominate the address and phone no. where someone is there during business hours - monday to friday.

These prices below are sending one surfboard ONLY.  Please add box and packing fee on top of the freight charge.

Example: Send one 6'6" surfboard to Sydney City  - $33 (box and Packing fee) + $25(freight) =$58.00

Freight Charges to Japan  　日本への輸送料(Japanese)

This is a door to door service only.

These freight charges apply  for surfboards purchased from MC Surf Designs.

(If you like us to send  non- purchased surfboards from MC surf Designs– surcharge will apply.

Packing fee from$60. Box will be charges separately.)

Prices are sending one surfboard only. ( See next chapter for more than two boards) 　Import Duty might apply in Japan. If you are going to Japan or going back to Japan - you might be eligible to apply duty free in Japan (No more than 200,000yen). Feihgt charge may change without further notice.

以下の料金は、MC　SURF　DESIGNSでサーフボードをお買い上げいただいた場合の料金です。

運送会社は、規制のダンボールサイズで安全に梱包された、荷物だけ運送可能です。サーフボードカバーに入れても、

さらにダンボール箱で、パッキンする必要がありますので、ご了承ください。

（当社以外のサーフボードを日本に送られる場合の代行サービスも行ってますが、

その場合＄50手数料が発生します。箱代、パッキングなどのサービスは、別料金になりますので、ご了承ください。

日本に帰国される場合は、別送証明書の手続きをオーストラリアでされますと２００、０００円までは、無税になります。

新品のサーフボード（但しグラスオンフィンは、適用外）は保険が効きますが、中古ボードとグラスオンフィンの場合は保険が効きませんのでご了承ください。

新品のサーフボードの保険の最高額は１箱につき、AU＄１０，０００までです。      

Freight charge for more than one surfboards to Japan

　２本以上サーフボードを日本へ送られる場合。

Because we have to pack surfboards  in ready made card board box sizes.

The number of surfboards we can pack in one cardboard box is limited.

There is no two shortbaord box available,  it is cheaper to use two longboard box

then cut the size down. If you use 2 x single short board boxes the freight charge will be higher.

既成の箱を使用しないといけない為（カスタムオーダーの箱は高いです）、

送れる枚数が箱の厚さと板の厚さで決まってきます。

既成のショート２本入りの箱が無い為、ショートを２本だけ送られる場合は、

ショートの３本用の箱に２本入れて送るか、ロングの２本用の箱を使用して、

箱を短くするほうが、ショートの箱を２箱使用して、送るよりも安価です。

日本に帰国される場合は、別送証明書の手続きをされますと２００、０００円までは、無税になります。
